DELIVERY TIME. At Daub Supply we process orders in Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico from Monday to Friday. We process orders the day after the order is placed, or the next available business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day.

We ship worldwide through FedEx, we are not responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, and other circumstances.

Once shipped, the arrival time of packages may vary from country to country.

  • Delivery of shipments shipped in Mexico takes approximately 1-2 business days (Express Shipping by FedEx $ 180 Mexican Pesos), 6-12 business days (Correos de México $ 50 Mexican Pesos).

  • Delivery of shipments to the European Union takes approximately 4-10 business days (FedEx shipping $ 70 USD).

  • Delivery of shipments to United States & Canada takes approximately 3-6 business days (FedEx shipping $ 50 USD).


  • International orders must be processed through our website in English version. (NOT IN SPANISH)

    We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. The shipping and billing address must match for security reasons. Delivery cannot be modified at any time, We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Any claim must be made between the buyer and the carrier.

    Due to the high volume, orders cannot be canceled and we can only process them as they are received. We cannot combine shipping orders to the same address.

    * Have on mind the customs, duties and taxes that the client must pay in any destination outside of Mexico. We are not responsible for any packages returned for unpaid fees and will not issue refunds in these circumstances.
